The Bread Baking Industry Association of Puerto Rico is a non-profit organization founded in 1979. The Board of Directors is made up of a group of bread baking industrials that voluntarily and without any monetary remuneration, give up from their time to donate ideas and efforts for the well-being and progress of the flour industry in Puerto Rico.

Our headquarters are located in the city of Ponce, where the boards meets monthly to discuss industry related topics and to organize activities that enriches it.
