Starting on August 21 and 22, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. in the Puerto Rico Convention Center at San Juan, The Bread Baking Industry Association of Puerto Rico, will host the annual BAKERY & RESTAURANT SHOW DEL CARIBE 2010. This convention, at its 30th edition, not only introduces new products to the front-end of the retail bakery and flour industry, but it will also expose new technologies for their development. EXPO PAN 2010 is a great opportunity for you to introduce your products to all the bakeries, confectioners, cake shops, gas station, coffee house, snack bars, liquor stores, and other stop and shop venues.
Expo Pan 2010 has joined efforts with the Puerto Rico Restaurant Association (ASORE), bringing globalized ideas to the Puerto Rican bakery industry, distinguishing the outstanding post modern bakery and transforming it from a traditional bake shop into a community experience.
